The manufacturing

All manufacturing phases are based on the most modern technologies; every year SAPP is doing new investments in this direction in order to keep all process at the state of the art. The workshop is composed of CNC machines only and mainly high speed milling machining centres. EDM is now executed only if unavoidable. Finishing, polishing and assembling are executed at the better quality level available in the market.

Movements, closing and parts coupling are inspected on our own testing presses up to 3000x2700 mm and 300t clamping force.

SAPP can manage many projects simultaneously in order to guarantee compressed and on-time delivery to all our Customers.
